A quick checklist to tie into your sound application timing programme:

  •  Thatch – spring and autumn treatment is key – disease thrives in thatch
  • Dusting – protects the crown and breaks down thatch
  • Balanced nutrition – 4,6 kg actual N per week
  • Controlled-release fertilizers - in spring and autumn will be helpful
  • Increase mowing height - to 4mm on greens infected
  • Irrigation and wetting agents – too wet or too dry encourages disease
  • Drainage – excess water must move out as quickly as possible

Top tip : Spike each ring and then treat with our 'Magic Mix'

The following is the recommended cure / solution to Fairy Ring (per 100m2) :

  • 6 litres water
  • 20 grams Heritage (see below)
  • 100 ml Qualibra (see below)
  • Water in immediately
  • Repeat 21 days later
