The active ingredient in Meridian, Thiamethoxam, moves systemically throughout plants to provide broad-spectrum curative control of grubs and a variety of soil and foliar pests and to quickly prevent damage to turf.

Meridian is a sprayable WG (wettable granule) formulation which is metabolised slowly in the leaf tissue for long-lasting control. Wide application window for flexible preventive control.

Meridian has curative properties through the late second instar of insect development. Meridian increases root depth and mass whilst controlling the insects.

Insect treatment

Early spring/summer applications are important to control insect eggs larvae and first and second instars. Apply Meridian after the first rains (August/September) and follow up every 6 weeks until February/March.
