Banner Maxx® II is a systemic broad-spectrum fungicide that has come to be best known for its efficacy against dollar spot while providing control of 19 additional diseases at low-use rates. It enters through the surface stem or root system and prevents fungal cell growth by inhibiting sterol biosynthesis.

The active ingredient of Banner Maxx II is propiconazole. It acts on the fungal pathogen inside the plant by interfering with sterol biosynthesis in fungal cell membranes. Specifically, it impacts hyphal growth by stopping the production of ergosterol, a key component in the fungal membrane. Upon application, Banner Maxx II is quickly taken up by the leaves, stems, and roots providing protection. Banner Maxx II will translocate upward in the xylem and provide long lasting protection for up to 28 days.

Other Restriction of Use	Do not breath spray, wash all protective clothing thoroughly after use, wash splashes from skin and eyes, wash hands and exposed skin before eating and drinking. Causes substantial, but temporary eye injury. Do not get in eye or clothing, harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Don't use or store near heat or open flames.

Application Advice

Tank mixing	Refer to Label for further instruction
Tank mix preparation	Make sure the sprayer is clean and set to give an even application at the correct volume and an even deposit.
Implementation particular terms	Always use constant agitation of the sprayer tank during mixing, transportation and application.
Mixing and spraying	Half fill the spray tank with the required volume of clean water and start agitation. Add the required amount of Banner Maxx to the spray tank. Agitate the mixture thoroughly before use and continue agitation during spraying.
Water volume	400 - 1000 litres water/ha
Pressure	Adapt the pressure for each spray-type.
Rainfastness	1 hour
Frost sensitivity	PROTECT FROM FROST.
Tank mix lifespan	Immediate use.
