Application Advice
Tank mixing |
Spinner® can be tank-mixed with commonly used fungicides, herbicides, or fertilizers registered for turf use, unless otherwise prohibited. Always perform a small-scale compatibility test before preparing large volumes. |
|---|---|
Tank mix preparation |
Half-fill the spray tank with clean water. Start agitation and add the required quantity of Spinner®. Continue agitation while adding remaining water. Maintain constant agitation during application to ensure uniform suspension. |
Implementation particular terms |
Apply evenly across the target turf area. Do not spray during strong wind or heavy rain. Avoid drift or runoff into drains or surface water. Irrigate treated areas lightly after application for optimum uptake and soil penetration. |
Mixing and spraying |
Use standard hydraulic ground sprayers, backpack sprayers, or boom sprayers delivering a fine-to-medium droplet size. Ensure thorough coverage of turf foliage and that spray reaches the upper soil layer. |
Water volume |
300–600 L of water per hectare depending on turf density and nozzle type. Maintain sufficient volume for good coverage without runoff. |
Rate of Use |
Single application: 16–21 oz per acre (≈ 1.12–1.47 kg product / ha). Target pests include: white grubs, billbugs, caterpillars (cutworms, armyworms), and surface-feeding insects. |
Stewardship
| Type | Title | Description |
|---|---|---|
| To preserve the environment | Prevent spray drift. |
Follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices: monitor pest populations and apply only when thresholds are reached. Rotate with insecticides of different modes of action to delay resistance development. Avoid applications near water bodies, drains, or storm sewers. Triple-rinse empty containers and dispose of safely according to national regulations. Store product in a cool, dry, locked place away from food and feed. |
