Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syngenta Singapore Turf website available at [www.turf.syngentaturflandscape.com/en‑sg] (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Syngenta Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. (“Syngenta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
1. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You should review these Terms each time you use the Site.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Submissions and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, availability, accuracy and timeliness. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error‑free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law and subject to the next paragraph, Syngenta and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with the Site, Content or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site, Content or these Terms will not exceed SGD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 (Cap. 396) or other applicable law. Any exclusions or limitations of liability are subject to the “reasonableness” test under Singapore law where applicable.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syngenta and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or for maintenance, security, business or operational reasons.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Singapore. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full force. No failure to enforce is a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
