Product overview
INSTRATA® Elite Turf Fungicide contains the active ingredients Difenoconazole, from the DMI (triazole) mode of action group (Group 3 Fungicide) and Fludioxonil from the phenylpyrrole mode of action group (Group 12 Fungicide). Some naturally occurring individual fungi resistant to INSTRATA® Elite Turf Fungicide and other Group 3 and Group 12 fungicides may exist through normal genetic variability in any fungal population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the fungal population if these fungicides are used repeatedly. These resistant fungi will not be controlled by INSTRATA® Elite Turf Fungicide or other Group 3 or Group 12 fungicides, thus resulting in a reduction in efficacy. Since the occurrence of resistant fungi is difficult to detect prior to use, Syngenta Crop Protection Limited accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of INSTRATA® Elite Turf Fungicide to control the resistant fungi.
Application Rate
The maximum application rate for INSTRATA® Elite Turf Fungicide is 3 L/ha, (equivalent to 240 g fludioxonil/ha and 240 g difenoconazole/ha), with a maximum frequency of two applications per year and a minimum interval period of 14 days between applications.
